i need help with a math problem!!?!?!?!?!?
Mairi is building a birdhouse for her ecology project.
she bought a kit that contains 24 pieces.
the instructions state that 5/8 of the pieces are metal>
40% of the metal pieces are nails.
how many nails are in The Birdhouse kit?
show your work
5/8 of 24 = 24 divided by 8 =3 x 5 = 15
40% of 15 = 6
